We create each item at The Velvet Telephone on demand just for you. Because of this, **we cannot accept returns or exchanges** unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
### Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help. Please contact us at **hello@velvettelephone.com** within **7 days of delivery** with:

- A description of the issue Â
- A clear photo of the problem
We will arrange a free replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
### Order Cancellations
We cannot cancel orders once they are in production. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
### Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
